VivoBarefoot has launched a Barefoot Running Coach App, an interactive teaching tool on the skill of barefoot running.

Users can record themselves  running and sync the video by setting the moment when their foot strikes. After, they can compare their technique to jogging, unskilled, and barefoot running forms. In the app, the four key features – posture, rhythm, relaxation, and foot strike – are described in depth. Created in conjunction with VivoBarefoot's biomechanics expert, Lee Saxby, the mobile app is easy to use and easier to understand.

VivoBarefoot states, “When you use VIVOBAREFOOT’s app, we will work to take you from a heel striker or unskilled barefoot runner, to a skilled and injury free barefoot runner. Think of it as your own personal coach, right in your pocket.”

The Barefoot Running Coach app is available the beginning of June and cost $2.99. This app is available on all iPhones and iPads.
