Veltec Sports entered into a Joint Development Partnership with Cole USA, a wheel manufacturer, to bring Cole's patented Dynamic Spoke Alignment technology for road and MTB wheels to market in North America for the first time. Under the terms of the agreement, Veltec will enlist selected retailers' product review and design input beginning October 2006 as the wheel line's features, pricing, and graphics are finalized for the North American market. These retailers may then be offered exclusive or semi-exclusive retail territories for the 2007 selling season.
