Canada Goose Holdings Inc. and longstanding partner Sazaby League Ltd. have entered into an agreement to create the joint venture Canada Goose Japan, with plans to accelerate DTC expansion, including retail stores.

Nike’s Q3 Tops Wall Street’s Targets On Digital Momentum

Nike, Inc. reported earnings topped Wall Street’s targets by 15 cents in the fiscal third quarter ended February 28 with sales also slightly ahead of estimates. Sales grew 8 percent on a currency-neutral basis, led by a 17 percent gain in DTC and a 22 percent gain in digital. Double-digit digital growth in North America, APLA and EMEA offset declines in Greater China.
