Helen of Troy Ltd. reported sales in its Home & Outdoor segment, which includes OXO, Hydro Flask, Osprey, were down 7 percent on a reported basis and 23.3 percent on an organic basis in the third quarter ended November 30. Helen of Troy’s overall sales were down 10.6 percent but results exceeded expectations and guidance was raised for the fiscal year.

Fanatics is selling its 60 percent stake in sports-focused NFT company Candy Digital to a group led by Galaxy Digital, according to a report from CNBC, citing an internal email from the network. Terms were not disclosed.

Gap, Inc. is listing 162,000 square feet of office space at 1 Harrison Street in San Francisco for lease or sale as first reported by the San Francisco Business Times.  The space is currently the headquarters of Athleta, the athleisure brand owned by Gap.
