Under Armour is in talks with Samsung Electronics to develop a line of wearable fitness devices, S. Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported.
The companies reportedly discussed ways to counter the impact of Nike and Apple, which is expected to introduce the iWatch smartwatch-fitness tracker in the fall. Nike's wearable FuelBand activity tracker works with Apple products.
