Topo Athletic, the maker of natural-fit performance footwear, announced that Chilton Military Marketing Co., Clear Creek Reps, Orban Athletic Sales, Pacific Sierra Group, and Sig Lee have joined the companys sales team.
 
Last months Outdoor Retailer was a great step forward for Topo. The energy surrounding the brand was fantastic. We had great interest from existing accounts, new accounts, and sales agencies all wanting to carry our line, said Tony Post, CEO and founder of Topo Athletic. The market is so competitive today; having a great product has always been critical, but finding and retaining good people is equally important. Were so pleased to be bringing on five new high quality sales agencies in less than a months time-its more encouraging evidence that the brand and product line are moving in the right direction.

Chilton Military Marketing Co.
Based in Carlsbad, CA, Chilton Marketing Co. has been one of the leading sales teams to the Military Resale Systems Worldwide since 1975. They specialize and sell exclusively to the Military Exchanges and represent a limited number of companies within specific categories.
 
Clear Creek Reps: Rocky Mountains (Wyoming, Utah, Colorado New Mexico)
Clear Creek Reps, based in Georgetown, CO, currently represents Berghaus USA, Eagle Creek, Point 6, Selk Bag, Avex, United by Blue, and Katadyn North America. The team is led by partners Smoky Anderson and Owen Dennehy and associate rep Chappy Stewart, who have more than 50 years combined experience in the outdoor industry.
 
Orban Athletic Sales: Great Lakes/Ohio Valley (Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Western Ohio)
Orban Athletic Sales is led by Mike Orban, an avid runner who managed and owned two different running-specialty stores in the Indianapolis area from 1996 to 2008. He has worked in the running business for more than 25 years and has represented brands such as Hoka, Nathan, Saucony and Feetures socks.
 
The Pacific Sierra Group: Southwest (California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii)
The Pacific Sierra Group is an independent sales rep team of avid outdoor and fitness enthusiasts, with more than 50 years of combined experience representing brands such as Eagle Creek, Mountain Hardwear, Montrail, and others.
 
Sig Lee: Florida
Sig Lee has a decorated history in the athletic sales industry that spans nearly four decades. He spent almost 25 years leading sales teams at Nike, where he was a national sales director.
 
Last month, Topo Athletic launched the Santé, a new functional fitness training shoe that won the ISPO Gold award in Performance Footwear. The Runduro model, a mid- to long-distance running platform, will launch later this fall. At the recent Outdoor Retailer Summer Market Show, Topo Athletic also announced three new styles for road, trail and gym to be released this winter/spring 2015.
