The Timberland Co. appointed Tom McGee to Vice President of Men’s CasualGear Footwear. In this role, McGee will be responsible for the global strategic vision for the Men’s CasualGear Footwear division and will provide direction for the footwear design, development and merchandise functions.

Before joining Timberland, McGee was most recently Vice President and General Merchandise Manager at Speedo where he was responsible for launching the footwear division. Prior to Speedo, he was Global Director of Custom Products and New Business Development at Converse Inc., and also held management positions at adidas US. Tom started his career as President and owner of Hystyk Sports, Inc., a global hockey brand.

He reports to Mark Tritton, Timberland’s Group Vice President, CasualGear Footwear and Apparel.
