New Hampshire-based Thompson/Center Arms acquired Green Mountain Rifle Barrel Company, based in Conway, NH.
This move further strengthens Thompson/Center Arms’ vertical integration and development goals, including exploring new barrel materials and emerging calibers. The acquisition follows Thompson/Center Arms recent return to independent, family-owned status.
