Rick Paschal, executive vice president and chief financial officer of TaylorMade, has been appointed the new chair of the Board of Directors of Youth on Course, a non-profit that offers kids opportunities through golf that will have a life-long impact.
“Rick Paschal’s leadership and expertise have already made a tremendous impact on Youth on Course, and we are thrilled to see his vision and passion for impacting young people guide us in this role as Board Chair,” said Adam Heieck, CEO of Youth on Course. “His deep understanding of the industry and commitment to creating equitable opportunities align perfectly with our mission.”
Rick Paschal will serve a two-year term, furthering his contributions to the organization since joining the board in 2022. With over 20 years of leadership experience in business and finance, Paschal has been a strong voice in helping Youth on Course expand in the U.S. and internationally while strengthening the TaylorMade and Youth on Course partnership.

Youth on Course also welcomed five new members to its Board of Directors, including:
- Ty Votaw, Esquire and former Executive VP of the PGA Tour
- Stephen Leach, Director of Inclusive Content and Engagement, Walt Disney Company
- Nancy Paxton, former Senior Director of Investor Relations at Apple
- Chris Midkiff, Sales Leader, World Wide Technologies
- Brandon Ebert, Executive Chairman of BE Wealth
Nearly 20 years after subsidizing its first round in Northern California, Youth on Course has grown into an international organization, providing access for $5 or less to nearly 250,000 members across over 2,000 golf courses in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. The organization reports that its members have played “four million rounds, which underscores the non-profit’s remarkable role in creating a lasting impact for young golfers and their communities.”
