Target Sports USA, the online retailer of shooting sports products, including ammunition, firearms and accessories, has hired Kailon Kirby to join its digital marketing department. He brings over seven years of experience in digital marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Web Design and Development, with extensive knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).

Before joining TSUSA, Kirby worked as a digital marketing consultant, where he advised, created and executed multi-channel campaigns that drove brand awareness, generated leads and boosted conversions.

At System Solutions LLC, Kirby was a digital marketing manager, “consistently acquiring high-value clients monthly while effectively managing relationships with over 325,000 clients and prospects,” said TSUSA in a media release. He also “successfully implemented strategic inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, designing impactful marketing materials and website assets that drove a 20 percent increase in lead generation.” He also drafted and distributed targeted press releases and marketing collateral across the U.S. and Canada, effectively promoting the company’s new products and services.

Kirby received a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Innovation and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Post University. He also holds certifications in Google Ads, CRM marketing and advanced-level Search Engine Optimization (SEO II).

As part of the TSUSA digital marketing team, Kirby will oversee digital marketing strategies, enhance brand presence online, and optimize customer engagement and experience through data-driven insights.
