Team Athletic Goods, Incorporated based in St. Peters, Missouri appointed long time industry executive, Dean Baker, to their management team as vice president.
“I've known Dean for many years and he brings a vast amount of Team Dealer experience to our organization which is extremely valuable as we continue to improve our vendor programs and increase our services to the TAG dealers. Dean will be a great asset to our team and I am very pleased and excited to work with him again as we move forward in this ever changing Industry,” stated Stan Morrison TAG's CEO.
Baker added, “This not only presents me with a great opportunity, but allows me to stay with the team dealer side of the business where I began my career. I am anxious to get started, to become part of this strong nationally known team dealer network and to embrace the challenges of moving TAG forward.”
In a related move, TAG has promoted long time employee, Darcy Kinder to the position of “Director of Operations.” She will be responsible for TAG Corporate Operations on a daily basis. Morrison commented, “Darcy has been instrumental in instituting many of our accounting systems and has played a large role in the development of our programs. She has formed strong relationships with the TAG dealers, the TAG staff, and many TAG vendors. It pleases me greatly to reward Darcy for her past efforts and to have her take a more involved role in TAG's future.”
TAG's President, Trevor Swangard stated, “These two appointments are critical to our continued growth over the next few years.
