Suntech Optics, based in Vancouver, appointed James B. Murray as president and COO. Murray joined Suntech, which also owns Bugaboos Eyewear, as COO in January 2007. Prior to entering the eyewear industry, he worked for Costco Wholesale and SAM'S CLUB.
Murray brings with him over 15 years of expertise in operations, marketing and strategic planning. The company said his strong knowledge of consumer segmentation and merchandising reinforces Suntech and Bugaboos' commitment to be supplier of choice for all retail partners.
