Following its successful legal action (so far) against Payless ShoeSource and Collective Brands, adidas has now filed suit against Wal-Mart, claiming it copied some of adidas' products. According to the complaint, Wal-Mart used a striped logo similar to the one associated with adidas products, displaying two or four stripes similar to adidas' three-stripe trademark.
