Stretch Zone, the practitioner-assisted stretching brand, announced the opening of a new franchise location in Fair Oaks, CA, led by owner Eric Koontz, with Adam Adler serving as manager.
Koontz brings decades of leadership experience in the IT industry spanning military, government and healthcare sectors.
“What initially drew me to Stretch Zone was the science-backed approach to mobility and recovery,” Koontz explained. “This method isn’t about trend; it’s about helping people move better, feel better and age more confidently. That kind of impact resonates deeply with me.”
In addition to his role in an IT startup, Koontz sees Stretch Zone as a way to contribute to the Fair Oaks community. “Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to stay active into your senior years, or simply dealing with the stiffness of modern life, this studio offers a safe, supportive space to regain mobility and feel good in your body again.”
Stretch Zone flexing modality utilizes trained practitioners and a patented stabilization system for personalized sessions. Clients remain passive while the practitioner performs strategic, guided stretches designed to retrain the nervous system for a greater range of motion.
“We plan to collaborate with fitness centers, chiropractors, physical therapists, and senior groups to help elevate the health of our entire community,” Koontz added. “It’s more than a studio—it’s a long-term investment in Fair Oaks.”
