Sportsman's Warehouse announced its new retail location in Puyallup, WA has opened for business. The nation's newest Sportsman's Warehouse is located at 120 31st Avenue SE in Puyallup.
The official Grand Opening Celebration will be held on Saturday, August 27 with special doorbuster sales and giveaways starting at 9:00am PT.
The new Puyallup store, led by manager Brad Hodl, currently employs 10 full time and 46 part time associates. As with all Sportsman's Warehouse locations, the store will also feature instruction, seminars and special events related to outdoor activities.
“We're very excited to have opened the doors to our new store in Puyallup to give those who live, work and play outdoors a valuable new resource to fulfill their passions and needs,” said John Schaefer, Sportsman's Warehouse CEO. “Puyallup is our third new store opening in 2011 and is representative of our strong business model to expand our footprint to loyal customers who welcome our stores and associates with open arms.”
The first 300 people to pass through the doors of the new Puyallup store on August 27 will receive a free $25 Sportsman's Warehouse Gift Card (one gift card per family). In addition, Grand Opening doorbuster sales will include a wide array of specially priced merchandise available only at the Puyallup store.
Representatives from a variety of manufacturers will be on hand to join in the celebration and showcase their brands, including: Carhartt, Columbia, Danielson, Danner / LaCrosse, KEEN, MagLite, Rapala, Red Ledge, Remington and Savage.
Sportsman's Warehouse has also opened new stores this year in Southaven, Mississippi and Soldotna, Alaska and plans to open additional locations in Las Vegas, Nevada and Redding, California in 2012.
