Sports Group International reports that Dave Reinhart, Vice President, will expand his current client focus to include a specific Cardio Sports initiative, providing executive search expertise to the run-swim-bike companies within the sporting goods industry.
Joe White, SGI President, stated “with the growth of awareness and increased attention nationwide to cardio fitness, Dave is a natural choice to head up this initiative. Along with his professional reputation as an executive search consultant in our industry, Dave has been a national class runner, including 4:03 mile and 2:23:20 marathon efforts, and continues to stay involved in the sport, having won the USA 5K Cross Country championships for 50+ age men in recent years.”
“Dave is also an avid cyclist and swimmer and has been competing in triathlons for two decades”, White added, “enabling him to stay current with the products needs and trends for these type of athletes, the work related skills required by companies competing in this space and the unique DNA sometimes required to fill certain positions.”
Both White and Reinhart are Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC) by the National Association of Personnel Services, a distinction held by less than 2% of search consultants nationwide.
