Sportcraft, Ltd. has acquired Classic Sport Companies, Inc. in a merger of two privately-held sports games companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Since being founded in 1994, Denver, Colo.-based Classic Sport has expanded from its original inflatable line of basketballs, footballs, soccer balls and volleyballs to include a broad array of both indoor and outdoor games and equipment. Licensed brands include ESPN, Easton and AND1.

Sportcraft, founded in 1926 and based in Budd Lake, NJ, is a manufacturer of table games, such as foosball, turbo hockey, table tennis and billiards. It also makes outdoor products for badminton, volleyball, croquet, bocce and horseshoes, and fitness products including treadmills as well as fitness accessory items.
