Sportcraft, Ltd. has acquired Classic Sport Companies, Inc. Sportcraft is a privately-held company with distribution facilities in New Jersey, California, Illinois and Canada.
Denver, Colorado-based Classic Sport supplies sporting goods equipment, indoor and outdoor games and sporting accessories throughout the United States and Canada.
The acquisition will add licensed brands such as ESPN, Easton and AND1 along with the Classic brand to the Sportcraft portfolio.
These brand additions will enable the company to enhance its business relationship with its key retail partners.
