Skechers, Inc. has filed suit against Aetrex Worldwide for alleged patent and trade dress infringement. Skechers claims that Aetrex is selling footwear that infringes on its Biker-Sightsee Series. In court documents, Skechers requested damages for the allegedly infringing sales as well as an injunction against Aetrex to stop selling the product in the future.
