Shock
Doctor, Inc. named Steven Coopersmith as senior vice president of marketing and
Andy Donahue as powersports sales manager. Coopersmith will lead all marketing
efforts, in promoting the company’s brand on a worldwide basis. Donahue will
helm the sales and distribution of Shock Doctor’s powersports line  as well as promote lasting relationships with
key powersports athletes and teams.

Shock Doctor. “Steven and Andy’s extensive experience and proven success will

fearlessly and exceed their personal best.”
 
Coopersmith is a well respected marketing veteran with 23 years of experience
in building global brands and increasing shareholder value. Most recently, he
served as vice president of global marketing at Tennant Company, where he built
and solidified the company’s marketing department and branding strategy. He was
president of Dairy Marketing Alliance LLC, a partnership between Land O’ Lakes,
Inc. and Dean Foods Company, building consumer sales to $100 million.
Coopersmith also held executive positions at The Pillsbury Company, Reckitt
Benckiser and Unilever’s Lever Brothers Company, supervising successful
marketing programs for global consumer brands. He holds a B.A. in industrial management
from Carnegie Mellon
University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Donahue brings seven years of sales and marketing experience to the company, as
well as long-standing industry ties with retailers, teams and athletes.. Prior
to joining the Shock Doctor team, Donahue served as powersports sales manager
for sports bag and gear designer OGIO. During his tenure, he became a recognizable
figure at national Supercross and Pro/Am Motocross events, actively building
positive brand awareness through sponsorships and consumer relations. Donahue
will continue to increase Shock Doctor’s presence at powersports events, educate
retailers on the technology of their products and support the company’s
relationship with Asterisk
