Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Master user of the Lilly ERP system. Quickly and accurately creates sales reports and pulls together data necessary to evaluate trends in the company business
  • Tracks efficiencies in the company business, to include: outside agency’s productivity month to month/year to year; individual representative performance in the field; inside sales executive’s and director’s production, overall contributions to sales by each division (key accounts, independents, retail, etc.)
  • Communicates policy changes and new programs from the VP Sales to the entire sales force
  • Helps Directors work more efficiently with their teams
  • Reports new/existing product changes or updates to the entire sales force
  • Primary representative of sales for projections by gathering information from each Department Head (i.e. Key Accts, Independents, etc.)
  • Communicates any company wide policy changes from other areas of the business to sales (from Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 + years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience in the sports apparel industry strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel as may be required (approximately 20%)
  • Highly skilled with database/spreadsheet programs, and specifically MS Office programs (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge for ERP systems
