RP Designs, Inc., based in Atlanta, GA, announced it has acquired Ellsworth Cycling, LLC.
RP Designs said the acquisition brings a “formidable track record of innovation and design and a highly respected brand to the RP Designs group.” The combined company will offer cycling components, accessories and a full bicycle lineup. The Ellsworth brand will continue to focus on the design and manufacture of mountain bikes, while growing its current line and operate as a stand-alone brand of RP Designs.
