The ROKA team is committed to creating the best products on the market, and their initial product launch has been a game changer for athletes in the know. I can’t wait to jump back in to the industry that I love and to re-connect with athletes, coaches and friends as part of this incredible new company.”

“Ryan is a fantastic addition to our management team.” said ROKA CEO and Co-Founder Rob Canales. ”He brings a wealth of talent and experience to ROKA that will benefit tremendously our athletes, customers and retail partners.”

At TYR, Ryan was responsible for the company’s growth and presence in the multisport space, and he oversaw the successful launch of their triathlon wetsuit and swimskin categories. He is most proud of the successful relationships he built with athletes, teams, retail partners, USA Triathlon and Ironman WTC.

After two years of product development, the ROKA team launched their patent-pending Maverick wetsuit line this past March. In its their first season, ROKA products have seen widespread acceptance by elite and developing swimmers alike. ROKA pro athletes had 12 major wins and 13 major First Out of the Waters, including the Ironman World Championship, the ITU WTS Grand Final, the HyVee 5150 Elite Cup Championship, several Ironman® and Ironman® 70.3 races, and more. ROKA is based in Dallas, Texas with employees in California and Colorado.
