Ritchey Design/Syncros USA today announced the promotion of Nate Shaw, formerly with inside sales, to national retail sales manager. Under this new title, Shaw will manage three customer groups – retail direct, builder sales and grassroots team businesses.
Former national retail sales manager, Pat Smith is now Ritchey’s first-ever, employee based aBay area territory manager. “Pat has an incredible ability to join with people in the most authentic manner, making him my first choice for this new position, one I have wanted to establish since arriving at Ritchey,” said Steve Parke, Ritchey design GM and VP of marketing. “The home market is very important to us as we are one of the few bike business companies still based in the Bay Area. Pat has the local retailer relationships to significantly grow the Ritchey Syncros brands,” Parke said.
Nick Hanni, Ritchey Design’s newest hire, will assist Shaw in serving the retail, builder and team segments. Hanni joins the Ritchey team bringing significant industry expertise. He spent time at Bianchi USA as well as Lombardi Sports in San Francisco. Nick also gained unique experience working with motor bike while selling Ducati, Triumph and Moto Guzzi at Munroe Motors, a motorcycle retailer. Working in the
