Rip Curl has appointed Dean Quinn to the position of National Sales Manager for Rip Curl USA. Dean joins the Rip Curl sales force with 20-plus years of surf industry experience, living his early years as a professional surfer then transitioning into in-house positions with both Billabong and Hurley.

Dean started the first 4 years of his surf industry career as an outside sales representative for Billabong USA, then followed co-worker, Bob Hurley during the inception stage of Hurley International representing the company as the National Sales Manager. After 4 1/2 solid years with Hurley International, Dean has decided to live-out a lifelong dream and become apart of the Rip Curl Family.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join the Rip Curl team. During my years as a professional surfer, I always dreamed of being sponsored by the company. It’s truly an honor to represent a company that exemplifies surfing’s core roots, culture, and tradition. I’m excited to start working with the apparel side of the company and offer a strong contribution,” said Quinn.
