KMD Brands Limited, the parent company of the Rip Curl, Oboz and Kathmandu brands, confirmed that following Chris Kinraid’s resignation as Group CFO, his last day with KMD Brands is December 8, 2023.
The company said that while it continues to recruit a permanent group CFO, Ben Washington, deputy CFO, will provide interim cover for the financial and investor aspects of the group CFO role, and Lachlan Farran, chief commercial officer, will temporarily absorb the remaining operational responsibilities, both with effect from December 8, 2023, until a permanent group CFO is named.
