Road Runner Sports (RRS), the leading direct marketer of running gear, has an outstanding opportunity for YOU as the Retail Merchandising Manager for our entire Retail Division. Our Retail Division is growing nationwide, and you can make a mark in history in this brand new position. Working with our catalog and internet merchandising team, you will develop and execute our Retail merchandising strategy to maximize profits and customer value perception. This includes planning, procuring and managing the supporting inventory to creating floor layout plans to maximize sales and profitability at each store within the RRS Retail Division.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university plus a minimum of four years related experience (some of which retail industry; catalog and direct marketing industry desired), with proven expertise vendor negotiation, buying and the athletic marketplace.
