Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, Inc. (CSSI) has made a series of leadership promotions which “reflect the company’s sustained growth and commitment to strategic expansion across the shooting and outdoor sports industry.”
The following individuals have been appointed to new executive roles within the organization:
- Adam Crews, formerly director of sales, has been promoted to VP & general manager, Chattanooga Shooting Supplies
- Melissa Dubiel, formerly category director, has been promoted to VP of Purchasing
- Derek Fortna has been promoted to VP of Marketing & E-commerce
“These promotions recognize each leader’s outstanding contributions, unwavering dedication, and the strategic vision they bring to CSSI’s long-term success. In their expanded roles, they will drive operational excellence and continue to deliver the high standards of service and innovation CSSI is known for,” the company said in a media release.

I’m excited to see how their expanded influence will continue to elevate CSSI as we move into our next chapter of growth.”

Chattanooga Shooting Supplies was founded in 1977 by two families that had a passion for waterfowl hunting and shooting. That same passion holds true today with the second generation of owners.
