RareWaters hired RJ Hosking as CEO and added to its sales and marketing team timed with its expansion into fly fishing in the Rocky Mountain region.
Brenden Stucky, the founder of RareWaters, assumed the CFO role, overseeing the company’s strategy, financial and operational responsibilities.

We remain dedicated to building the best product and experience for landowners and anglers.”
Hosking will lead the company’s strategy and execution for the next stage of impact and growth, having worked for Patagonia, Zamp Solar, Dometic Outdoor, and Airbnb. During his 15-plus years at Patagonia, Hosking’s experience includes overseeing the fly fish product line. He handles sales and marketing efforts and leads business development in partnership with Stucky.
Chet Hervey, a recent hire for the company, oversees marketing, content and media. He brings more than 18 years of marketing experience to the position with a background that includes working in the content space for brands, including Garmin, Beretta and onX Maps.
Adrienne Fay will continue to oversee customer success with more than 15 years of hosting, hospitality and customer service experience.
