Puma SE appointed Héloïse Temple-Boyer to chair of its supervisory board. She succeeds Jean-François Palus.

“It is an honor for me to succeed Jean-François Palus in the responsible position of chair of the supervisory board,” said Temple-Boyer. “It is also due to him that Puma is well-positioned and well prepared for the challenges of the future. For this, he deserves our thanks on behalf of the entire supervisory board.”

Temple-Boyer has been a member of the Puma SE Board since 2019 and is also a member of the company’s Audit Committee.

Temple-Boyer is the deputy CEO of French holding company Artemis and oversees a portfolio of investments, including stakes in luxury group Kering, auction house Christie’s and Puma. Before joining Artemis in 2013 as an Investment Director, she started her career in finance, first in investment banking at Rothschild & Cie from 2002 to 2005, then in private equity at Advent International from 2005 to 2007. Until 2013, she held positions within Groupe Casino, a special advisor to the CEO, VP of International Purchasing.

Palus will keep his mandate as a member of its supervisory board to ensure a smooth handover to Temple-Boyer. The resignation of his mandate as a full member of the supervisory board will follow as soon as it has found his successor. Palus is no longer available for re-election in 2023. He has been a member of the company’s supervisory board as a shareholder representative since 2007.
