At Gravis you will play a leading role in bringing each season’s design inspirations to life across all categories: footwear, bags and softgoods. This includes strategy and hands-on execution of fresh and progressive design themes, color palette and material story development. You will create color-ways, graphics and trims, for our four global seasons, plus our limited edition and SMU products. You will also direct and manage artists, conduct and present trend and market research, and act as liaison between the Creative and Development groups, taking design concepts and stories from conception to development. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of creative management and/or graphic design experience. Extensive experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. This individual must have a strong connection to our market and be immersed in our lifestyle (premium action sports, music, art, fashion, etc). Excellent computer skills required, including but not limited to Illustrator and Photoshop. Some market travel required. Portfolio required.
