Superfeet launched two winter-specific insoles—Winter Comfort and Winter Comfort Thin.

Winter Comfort insoles are designed for stability and comfort in comfort-fit boots and Winter Comfort Thin insoles feature a thinner profile insole for performance-fit boots.

“A better fitting boot can make a world of difference for skiers and snowboards. It can mean being able to stay out on the mountain longer without having to battle pressure points, added fatigue and cold feet. And finding that perfect fit starts with the solid foundation that Superfeet shape provides,” said Matt Gooch, Superfeet VP, product and innovation. “Our new winter insoles are comfort-driven but also add stability and enhance edge control. The combination of improved comfort and performance is the key to enjoyment and improvement from the first chair to après.”

Winter Comfort and Winter Comfort Thin insoles include the following features:

  • Thermal top cover for increased warmth in cold temperatures;
  • Comfort foam cushions the foot with added stability. A single layer of foam in Winter Comfort Thin makes for a thinner insole. The Winter Comfort features dual foam layers for added cushioning;
  • An EVOLyte carbon fiber stabilizer cap maintains the insole’s shape;
  • A deep heel cup cradles the feet for a secure, stable boot fit; and
  • Moisturewick is incorporated for wicking, breathability and odor control.

Winter Comfort and Winter Comfort Thin insoles are designed to be used in a range of winter boots including, but not limited to, alpine, touring and cross-country ski boots and soft-shell and hard-shell snowboard boots.
