Jenson USA has added a new service for customers by introducing its Suspension Service, which allows mountain bike riders in the U.S. to send their suspension components direct to Jenson USA to have professional, factory-level service performed on the forks and shocks of their bikes.

“We are all thrilled to bring this new suspension service to our customers,” said Mike Cachat, Jenson USA CEO and founder. “Now everyone, regardless of location, skill or access to specialty tools, can have their suspension components serviced by our professional suspension technicians and get their components back to them faster, so they can keep pedaling.”

Jenson USA will service suspension components from top brands, including Fox Racing, Öhlins, Cane Creek, DVO, Marzocchi, and Manitou. Full service for RockShox is coming soon and the list of supported forks and shocks will continue to grow in the coming months.

“Our mechanics train at the renowned United Bicycle Institute on the latest technologies, learning the best techniques, all to ensure our customer’s suspension components are in the absolute best hands possible,” added Jenson Suspension Service project leader Tucker Carl. “Most suspension manufacturers recommend servicing your suspension components at 40-to-50 ride-hour intervals, but most riders either don’t have the time, the tools or the experience to tackle a proper suspension service, and that service offering is what our customers have been asking from us for a while now. We are thrilled to bring this new Jenson Suspension Service to everyone, not just pro mountain bike racers or cyclists that have access to dedicated suspension service.”

Riders of all skills will be able to benefit from Jenson Suspension Service, starting around $100 for a seasonal refresh that includes new dust wipers and fork seals, cleaning and replacing all lower leg seals, O-rings, bladders (if applicable), and other expendable components replaced on both the spring and the damper. Dampers will be hand-bled or bled in a vacuum pump (if applicable), followed by a full functions check and final inspection and cleaning; then the company will reset the rebound and compression settings and ship the suspension back to a customer’s door.

Its Factory Fresh Service includes everything in the Seasonal Refresh and adds a complete Air Spring Service and Damper Services/Rebuilds.
