San Diego, CA (March 26th, 2024) — In celebration of their 20th anniversary, Isle, the original surf and SUP manufacturer out of San Diego, CA, is excited to announce the latest iteration of their best-selling, fan-favorite paddle board models. The new 3 Series retires the traditional inflatable paddle board, transforming their iconic Pioneer, Explorer, and Megalodon models into ultra-versatile hybrid watercraft.

“We are thrilled to commemorate our 20th anniversary by retiring the inflatable paddle board as we know it,” commented VP of Product Jimmy Blakeney. “The entire Isle collection now features our patent-pending Isle-Link connect system, born from the idea that spending time on the water with friends and family is the #1 priority, and how you spend that time will change from day to day depending on the conditions, your mood, and your crew. From paddle boarding to kayaking, electrifying your adventure or a linked-up multi-board island, the choice is yours.”

Founded in 2004, Isle has been at the forefront of innovation in the paddlesports industry. Pioneering as the first direct-to-consumer surf brand, the founders expanded to offer rigid stand-up paddle boards, followed by inflatable boards. Last year, Isle introduced the first-ever inflatable hardboard with 300% greater rigidity than traditional inflatables, ensuring optimal performance, lasting durability, and portability.

The introduction of the 3 Series builds on these advancements by improving the versatility, portability, durability, and longevity of the brand’s fan-favorite collection, while maintaining the affordable price point. The Pioneer 3 and Explorer 3 are built with Isle’s proprietary Airtech construction, now 20% lighter at just 19 lbs and featuring PowerFuse welded rail technology. PowerFuse, first introduced on the Pro Series, virtually eliminates air leakage and significantly extends the product’s lifespan. All models featuring PowerFuse technology now include a 5-year warranty. Both models include upgraded accessories, including a premium wheelie backpack, a ‘click-and-go’ fin system, carbon paddle, and an ultralight leash. The 3 Series will be available for direct purchase on March 26th. For more information, visit:
