Headsweats has partnered with the Humane Society of Central Oregon to supports its mission to advocate and care for animals. Twenty percent of the proceeds from Headsweats Baxter Collection will be donated to the organization through 2021.

“The Baxter Collection originated with a staff member commemorating his extra special rescue dog named Baxter who would accompany him to work daily,” said Mike McQueeney, president, Headsweats. “We can’t think of a better partner than the Humane Society of Central Oregon to help carry on Baxter’s memory. Knowing we are supporting and giving other rescue dogs, cats and all their shelter animals a chance for a better life is important to us at Headsweats, and we can’t wait to get their owners in new HSCO branded gear.”

Headsweats’ Baxter Collection, including canine-themed face masks, recycled performance tees, beanies, truckers, visors, and ultra bands, will be updated to include the Humane Society of Central Oregon’s brand along with Oregon and animal designs.

“The Humane Society of Central Oregon is excited to partner with Headsweats because their gear is purr-fectly made for our active, outdoor, pet-loving community,” said Sabrina Susser, executive director, Humane Society of Central Oregon. “Their fun designs on quality athletic apparel means our customers are happy, which is a win-win for all the shelter pets at our organization.”

The Humane Society of Central Oregon, which primarily serves Bend and the surrounding Eastern Oregon counties, provides physical, medical and behavioral care for thousands of abandoned, neglected, and abused companion animals each year. Their focus is to provide services that assist in keeping pets and people together and finding loving homes for animals in their care.
