(October 21, 2019) Premium apparel brand Alp N Rock continues on a trajectory of significant growth through the first three quarters of 2019, resulting in the addition of 6 new full-time key staff positions in the past year. The company has hired talent for several departments, including product development, design and marketing.

“2019 has been a tremendous year of growth for Alp N Rock. Alongside the launch of our new website, we have continued to elevate the brand in a multi-faceted way. This has been seen in our significant investment in operations, new product designs, development, and customer acquisition teams,” said Susanne Reich, Alp N Rock founder and CEO. When asked of Alp N Rocks goals for the future, Reich says that “the company as a whole remains focused on expanding our global business. We are also rapidly approaching our goal of becoming a 100% cruelty-free company, and sustainable design has become one of our largest considerations.”

Notable New Hires:

Demetrel Garrison joins the product development/production team and will focus on reaching our goal to be 100% cruelty-free while expanding Alp N Rock’s use of recycled and sustainable textiles. She brings over 12 years of experience from Adidas and Ashworth.

Katilin Stone joins the design team as knitwear designer and will focus on growing our wool-free sweater knits collection. She brings a fresh perspective from New York with experience from Tommy Hilfiger.

Christine Fluegel joins the design team as outerwear designer, focusing on expanding a full range of men’s and women’s outerwear with an emphasis on cruelty-free and sustainable design. Christine has recently relocated to California from Germany, where she was a Senior Designer at Hugo Boss.

Mary Pham joins the design team, bringing a fashion-forward approach and a keen eye for innovative design. Mary has over 16 years experience with Adidas, Ashworth, Prana and many freelance roles.

Maddie Firth joined the marketing team as graphic designer to focus on growing our D2C business. She brings a fresh new take to graphic marketing and has an eye for captivating & modern design.

Noelle Reich joined the team full-time as social media manager. She brings a keen design sense to our social media platforms and works as a photo stylist creating our new elevated look. She brings experience from her time working on the styling team at Free People, as well as freelance creative work done in NYC.
