Power Force Apparel LLC has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Feb. 20. According to the petition filed in Alabama Northern Bankruptcy Court, listed more than $6 million in liabilities and $226,750 in assets.
According to the filing, the largest unsecured creditors are CW
Capital/Golden Gate Holdings, which is owed a disputed $3.3 million as
part of an ongoing lawsuit and David Brennan is owed $2.5 million for a
business loan.
Power Force was founded by real estate veteran Guy Savage in 2010 and offered ion-infused athletic shoes and apparel.
