Stretch Zone, a nationwide franchise with over 300 locations across 40 states, opened its third location in Mystic, CT. The fitness boutique also has locations in Darien and Westport, CT, respectively.
The Mystic location is being operated by Chad and Jennifer Sklodosky, local owners and first-time franchisees.
Chad, who spent the last 30 years working in Operational Excellence, was drawn to Stretch Zone because both he and his daughter have a Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder that affects their flexibility.
“Discovering Stretch Zone felt like the missing link for our family and our future,” he said in a media release. “It wasn’t just about a business opportunity—it was about building something that could change lives, starting with our own.”

Stretch Zone provides practitioner-assisted stretching services, using a patented strapping system and proprietary tables to isolate and stabilize muscles during stretches.
