Overland Equipment named Megan McGovern as sales and brand development manager. In this newly formed position, McGovern will work to increase Overland Equipment brand awareness, generate new business, and support the existing wholesale business.

For the past nine years, McGovern has worked in sales and marketing for consumer products (PowerBar, The Kellogg’s Company, Kraft Foods), online media agencies, and most recently sales for Adventure 16.

McGovern serves on the Board of Directors in a marketing and communication capacity for the Outdoor Industry Women’s Coalition, a membership community of professionals in the outdoor industries.
