The Life Fitness treadmills were custom-engineered to give Orangetheory’s members an intuitive, high intensity training interface and an ultra-comfortable running deck.
With close to 1,000 studios in the United States and Canada, Orangetheory Fitness is a leader in the boutique training space. Each Orangetheory class, taught by highly trained coaches, is an hour-long, heart-rate tracked, technology backed, full body workout that utilizes treadmills and other equipment to help members elevate their heart rate to the “Orange Zone,” or 84-91 percent of their maximum heart rate.
With this popular model, the business has seen rapid expansion, with revenue increasing by 137 percent in just three years.

Through Life Fitness’ open architecture, Orangetheory has the flexibility to adjust the user experience as frequently as needed on the treadmill’s 21-inch Discover SE3 HD digital touch screen. The architecture also provides the critical capability of quickly changing language and measurement units, enabling Orangetheory to scale its business to any country in the world. Additionally, with Halo Fitness Cloud, each studio can monitor usage and proactively track maintenance tasks for its connected treadmills.
