Optic Nerve Eyewear has announced the release of its newest performance eyewear piece, the Photomatic FixieMax following the 2020 product release of the original FixieMax.
Using the same frame and technical specs of the FixieMax, Optic Nerve went one step further by upgrading the frame with an advanced light-adjusting lens. The newest frame competes not only with its features but also as an eco-friendly alternative with a Castor Bean Resin G850 frame.
The Photochromic FixieMax lens starts at an almost clear lens with an 84 percent VLT (visual light transmission) and can adjust to as dark as a category three smoke lens, with a VLT percentage of 14 percent. This wide range of lens tinting makes the new piece an accessory for any outdoor enthusiast looking to protect their eyes 24 hours a day.
The FixieMax Photochromic also features active and passive lens ventilation points, adjustable rubber nose bridge and temple, hydrophobic coating to repel sweat, oil and debris, and a lifetime warranty.
