Nikwax N.A. has signed with OnwardUp to cover the Alberta, Canada sales territory. OnwardUp is run and operated by mountaineer and alpine guide Rob Owens.
We welcome Rob to the team, said Chas Fisher, president of Nikwax N.A. Hes an engaged and experienced salesman, who places the highest importance on good service, product knowledge and dealer communication. Rob is also an avid climber who understands gear and the greater outdoor industry.
Owens is a certified mountain guide through the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides. His experience in the Canadian Rockies, as well as climbing varied routes around the world, has brought him an earnest respect for the mountains and the natural world, which is a strong aligning factor with the Nikwax environmental philosophy. Together with his product awareness, Rob will be an excellent resource for Western Canadian retailers.
OnwardUp also represents Patagonia, Petzl, Sea to Summit, Adventure Medical Kits, GSI Outdoors and Julbo, among others. The agency will cover the Alberta territory, working with existing dealer partners and opening new accounts.
