Next Inc. was awarded significant tax and other cash incentives by the City of Wabash, IN in conjunction with the consolidation of the Lil Fan operations into the Company's 125,000 square foot operating and distribution facility located in the town.
The incentives will extend over a six-year period and include tax abatements to induce Next to continue the modernization of the production facility and other cash incentives related to the expansion of its operational capacity.
Mr. William Hensley President and COO, stated, “The consolidation of operations will lead to significant overhead savings as well as more efficient coordination and development of all product lines.” Mr. Hensley further stated, “The tax and other cash incentives will abate the costs incurred by Next in the consolidation and continued expansion of the distribution facility in Wabash. We are pleased with the financial support received from the city council and mayor of Wabash.”
