Big 5 Sporting Goods reported Robert Galvin, who was just named CEO of Iconix Brand Group, has resigned from the company’s board of directors.
Big 5 said in a regulatory filing, “Mr. Galvin informed the company that he resigned from his position because he has accepted a position as chief executive officer of another company, and not because of any disagreement with the company relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.”
