“It is an honor to be elected by the Fair Labor Association to its Board of Directors,” said New Era Cap’s Vice President of Global Human Resources Timothy J. “We welcome New Era, with its strong university licensee perspective, to the FLA Board of Directors,” said Adele Simmons, chair of the FLA Board of Directors. “As a Board member, Tim will play an important role in advancing FLA’s mission for sustainable improvements in the workplace.”
