Exactly a month after their second consecutive successful Outdoor Retailer, Mountain Khakis are rolling into the prime pant season with continued momentum and growth in the outdoor specialty market.

Mountain Khakis has delivered to 110 new stores since June, with 38% of those stores already placing re-orders. This, coupled with 75 new dealers signed on from the Summer Market OR Show, has led Mountain Khakis to cap new dealers for Fall delivery.

“Our success in securing both new orders and re-orders in the specialty market has enabled us to cap deliveries for Fall 2005, so that we continue to control our rapid growth while still ensuring excellent and timely service to our current base of retailer partners,” said Noah Robertson, Director of Sales.

Notable new retailers include the Orvis Company, who will feature Mountain Khakis in several of their urban markets including Denver, Boston, San Francisco and Atlanta. Lombardi’s, one of San Francisco’s oldest and most prominent outdoor retailers, will also carry the line.

Mountain Khakis has also entered into a partnership with Land Rover, supplying employees at all Land Rover Driving Experience Schools with product. Mountain Khakis has a similar program in place with the US National Whitewater Center outside Charlotte, NC, once they open the facility in early summer of 2006.

“These integrated partnerships are a key component our long-term marketing plan to put Mountain Khakis directly on authentic users and in venues requiring the best products,” said Founding Partner Mac Lackey. “We will continue to seek out appropriate partnerships for this front line uniform programs across the U.S.”
