Moots has announced the introduction of its new Demo Center customer test ride program. The program is intended to give cyclists the opportunity to test ride a bike of their choosing to be sure that the model and size they’ve selected is the right bike for them.

Customers can choose between one of seven Moots dealer demo centers around the U.S. and search the forty-plus bike inventory available for test riding within the program. The bike lineup is comprised of Moot’s most popular bikes: Routt gravel bikes, Vamoots road bikes and all-mountain bike models.

The purpose: to make it easy for customers to try out a handcrafted Moots bike working directly with bike shops that carry the brand. Using a simple signup form, customers can arrange to personalize a demo.

Demo Center locations are found in destination cities where the riding is excellent. If a customer would like to try a bike, but they do not live within range of a designated Demo Center, customers can travel to the city of their choice, pick up their demo at a scheduled time, and the local dealer will provide ride suggestions and routes to meet their needs.

Moots believes that the best way to learn about its bikes and to appreciate the handcraftsmanship is to go on a test ride. The creation of the Demo Center is an effort to better facilitate the test ride process by using digital tools in matching riders with bikes within their dealer network. And due to COVID-19, Moots had to ground its demo van leading the brand to explore new opportunities with the introduction of its Demo Center program.
