Modell’s Sporting Goods opened a 4th location in Brooklyn at 399 Knickerbocker Ave.
With the opening of this new location, this will bring Modell’s total store count to 161 locations in the Northeast.
“We’re beyond excited to get the Knickerbocker Ave store open in time for customers to get their first experience of the new location for Thanksgiving & Black Friday.” said CEO and president of Modell’s Sporting Goods, Mitchell Modell. “It was very important to us to make sure that we were serving this community for the Holiday season”
The Knickerbocker Ave location will feature a wide selection of top brands such as Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, Reebok as well as a number of quality brands at low prices including UniPro, Smith’s, CB Sports, and Beverly Hills Polo Club. This location will feature a special Black Friday offer, where the first 200 customers on Friday, November 25 will receive a free pair of Brooklyn Nets Tickets.
The opening of Knickerbocker Ave will complete the Modell’s store openings for 2016, as its latest openings during the week of November 14 featured: an elevated location at 51st & 3rd in Manhattan as well as two stores in New Jersey in Bloomfield and Cherry Hill.
