Millennium Health and Fitness, offering customized a la carte wellness and fitness services, was acquired by CrestPeak, and it appointed a new executive leadership team.

Heather Collins, formerly the company’s COO, is now president, while Kathleen Zumbar was appointed COO.

CrestPeak, a Philadelphia-based Boathouse Capital-sponsored company, focuses exclusively on the U.S. Government Contracting small business market. Managed by CrestPeak, with Chairman Joe Burkhart and CEO Frank Sturek, “Millennium will leverage CrestPeak’s executive leadership expertise, investment resources and industry relationships to expand its footprint in the health and wellness management and fitness services markets.”
