Mavic continues to develop sales and support in North America, adding reps and scheduling key events.
The company said, “It has embarked on a steady rollout of new reps to manage retailer growth across the country, with new reps added in California, Nevada, Pacific Northwest, Mountain States, Southwest, Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Florida.
North American Sales and Marketing Manager Josh Saxe said, “We are very pleased to have some experienced and professional sales staff joining our team, and we are continuing to work to add quality reps who are passionate about the brand.”
The added representation comes as the company’s Service Center is operational in Waterbury, VT, with new wheelsets available. The company said it is working to add more product from its riding gear line that is “relevant and crafted for the U.S. rider.”
Mavic will be at the Sea Otter Classic, where several of its ambassador athletes are competing. Mavic will also have its latest products on display.
Saxe added, “We are excited to work with a wide array of riders across all disciplines and categories. Riders from our own backyard to a much larger national scene, but all involved at a grassroots level in their community.
Butcherbox Cycling will be taking on the U.S. criterium and road scene, representing the proud road heritage of the company. While riders like Meg Fisher, Mirna Velaro, Ariel Kent, and Ellen Noble will be tackling new frontiers of Gravel, XC, Enduro, and Downhill. We’re excited to see them rolling!”
